Having studied real estate during his polytechnic years, David has always been passionate about the property industry and market. Nine years later and his interest and curiosity remains strong, especially in the rental and sales market. Even while serving his clients and helping them manage their tenanted properties, David still makes sure to keep them up to date on the latest trends and changes.

Having started his career in real estate, David took to it like a fish to water. Combining his studies with real life experience, he has become one of the most knowledgeable agents in the field.

As an agent focused on rental and sales, David spends much of his time assisting landlords with management of their investment properties. Although many Singaporeans dream of becoming landlords, they often don’t realise how difficult it can be to deal with tenants, building maintenance and other necessary administration duties. Due to this, David is often called upon to liaise with tenants and deal with other miscellaneous issues.
