However, upon further discussion, he found that their goals in buying a property and their choices did not align. Thus, after a detailed discussion and analysis, he suggested an alternative—a newly launched condo. Within a few weeks, the couple had put down a deposit on a unit that they both loved and which also met their needs. On top of that, Donny had provided them with a clear exit strategy as well.
