With 10 years of experience in property, Freddie Xu has seen and experienced plenty of changes in the market as both an agent and a team leader. Since joining PropNex in 2017, he has built up an incredibly strong team and climbed the ranks rapidly to nab the well-deserved Champion District Director Award. 

A multi-Platinum Award holder himself, Freddie is known for his knowledge and ability to deliver real results and value to his clients. He has handled property portfolios of all types and sizes and is extremely skilled in helping his clients grow their wealth.

Through his mentorship, Freddie Xu Division has seen the rise of several new RES. Of note:

  1. Terrance Khoo, an ex-rental agent who switched to real estate consulting with an emphasis on assets planning. Where previously he was only bringing home $20,000 – $40,000 annually, he is now growing $350,000 a year and is also a multi-Platinum achiever.
  2. Eugene Lim, also an ex-rental agent who went from $30,000 – $40,000 per annum to over $250,000 and a Platinum Award.
  3. Adrian Koh, transforming from a rental agent to a real estate consultant achieving over $800,000 in commission as well as multiple Platinum Awards.
