Introduction

Having worked in the IT industry as a programmer for over 8 years, Jack Ooi was inspired by a friend to enter real estate. In a short 2 years, he had earned his first Top Producer Award, after which he steadily rose in rank year after year until he had earned recognition for both individual sales and team management sales.

To Jack, hard work and sincerity is the way to go. Both are essential to the success of a true realtor as hard work with the wrong motivation is directionless, while sincerity without hard work is hypocritical. Only through an equal combination of the two can an RES successfully understand and meet a client’s needs.

On one occasion, he was engaged by a client who had the intention to invest in property, however none of the required knowhow, connections and experience. With his signature Real Estate A.R.T.S Framework, Jack guided them through their real estate journey and identified properties with lower risk. Within 2 weeks, the client had successfully found and bought his perfect property.
