With her accounting credentials and a Masters in Business Administration from the UK, Maggie worked in the corporate world for 15 years. She had occupied various roles in management for MNCs, with her last role as Head of Finance and Administration. Working in the corporate world required extensive hours and tremendous mental pressure.

As her full time management role required much commitment, Maggie realised that she needed a career breakthrough and work life balance to care for her family. That is her catalyst to start her real estate career as a part time realtor. Thereafter, it was a natural decision for her to leave the corporate world and accelerate her career in the real estate industry.

Maggie’s success in PropNex started just 2 months after joining the largest real estate agency in Singapore, where her commissions were more than 2 years of her salary as a Senior Manager.

Within 6 months of being a PropNexian, Maggie was awarded with the Super Platinum achiever (For commissions higher than $250k in a singular month)! Thereafter, she achieved the Platinum achiever (For commissions higher than $100k in a singular month) in January and February 2022.

With her comprehensive knowledge of the real estate market and financial planning, she helps clients shortlist properties that are in line with her client’s needs and financials, while providing an opportunity for capital appreciation, whether the purchase is for own stay, investment or for business purposes.

One of her many successful cases was when she helped her client, who was living in a 4-room HDB flat, to purchase multiple properties by restructuring his investment portfolio. By assisting the client with his property portfolio, Maggie built a solid foundation for his investment and retirement needs.

Clients who are looking to sell their property will benefit greatly from Maggie’s consultation and service. She will analyse the property’s current valuation and discuss how to extract the maximum price for the property through her own experience and market research reports.

Thereafter, Maggie will work on the marketing plan, which involves a creation of a home tour video that will be marketed across a variety of channels including, Facebook, YouTube and WeChat. In one of her recent property marketing campaigns, she successfully sold a suburban HDB flat in 5 days!
