One interesting case was that of an HDB transaction from a Punjabi lady to a Chinese buyer. Through a long period of effort, he was able to successfully appeal for the lifting of the Ethnic Integration Policy quota and allow the seller to proceed with her property journey as planned.
Having transacted well over 500 properties since he first started, Mike has experienced many changes in the property market. He is more than familiar with potential pitfalls, thus allowing him to handle and avoid issues with ease and provide his clients with a smooth and seamless transaction.
