As a veteran with over 18 years of experience in real estate, Mike has seen and overcome the many changes and cooling measures in Singapore’s property market. One interesting case was that of an HDB transaction from a Punjabi lady to a Chinese buyer. Through a long period of effort, he was able to successfully appeal for the lifting of the Ethnic Integration Policy quota and allow the seller to proceed with her property journey as planned.
