Dynamic, motivated and savvy. These are the words that describe Zacson Ong, one of PropNex’s youngest producers and trainers. Having joined PropNex in 2017, Zacson won the Champion Associate Group Division Director Award in 2018 and has continued to rank amongst its top producers each month.
With his multiple award-winning team of young and driven agents, he aims to educate and assist clients on the best ways to grow their wealth with property.
When Zacson first entered the property industry in 2014, he faced many difficulties adapting and performing for the first two years. Due to the setbacks and challenges that he faced, he decided to build a team with a selfless learning culture to help new teammates find their place in the industry without the struggles he had been through.
He has also assisted many clients in upgrading their properties from HDB to private property while respecting their budgets and affordability. On top of that, he strives to help them protect the wealth that they have invested into their property through careful calculation and financial planning.
At ZOD, the most important value is being open to learning. Through this, members learn to receive honest feedback from leaders, peers and clients alike. Being open to learning and facing their weaknesses and failures has prepared them in the best way to progress in this industry.
Due to ever-changing market conditions, it is essential for RES to learn in order to progress. ZOD’s members are driven and hungry for knowledge, allowing them to navigate the ups and downs of the property market with ease and produce consistent results.
As a trainer, Zacson teaches RES how to efficiently deliver information to clients, engage with cold leads as well as manage digital marketing channels effectively. All these techniques are handpicked to give each trainee what they need in order to reach out to prospective leads and turn them into customers.
Zacson Ong Division frequently holds specialised training sessions on new property research as well as new ways of prospecting and selling. These sessions have helped many members nab the prestigious platinum awards and other top producer awards in PropNex.
