Everybody knows that if you want to learn something, there is a cost. Whether it is time, money or effort, you have to pay in order to learn. However, normal RES can’t afford to pay so much and wait several months to see whether this or that campaign works out. Even more agents would find it hard to bear the loss if it does not pan out.
That’s why as a division leader, I decided to take on this ‘tuition fee’ cost for the team instead. I buy, study and try out e-books, landing pages, various types of Facebook campaigns, etc and then I’ll share the ones that work with my team. My team and I are constantly spending time and money to learn new techniques to teach the rest of the division.
