Being young in the property industry is often equated to inexperience. In his 7 years as a realtor, Asyraff has often been met with skepticism from clients who were hesitant to trust their biggest asset with him.
Despite that, he was still able to beat out stiff competition from older agents through his sincerity and service to win the trust and repeated support from those same skeptics. This unfaltering energy has been the core to his success since day 1.
The young division leader believes that mindset is the most important divide between producers and non-producers. Without a strong and determined mindset, it is difficult to survive in the industry. He is a strong advocate for sincere service and learning new ways to improve that service.
As a trainer, Asyraff teaches agents the importance of staying relevant in the current market and how to boost your business by doing the little things that many agents often leave out. He currently conducts classes on how to serve buyers and use WhatsApp Business.
