In his early career, Edwin was actually an engineer. However, he had a greater interest in reading about finances and investments instead. He eventually entered the property industry in 2017 and has not looked back since.

A multi-Platinum Achiever and Top Producer Award winner, Edwin discovered early on that the key to success in real estate was persistence. Despite being completely green, he managed to secure several exclusive listings (some FSBO) through his courage and sincerity, kickstarting his career and rise to the top.

In his own sales, Edwin employs in-depth digital marketing techniques. Adapting from the challenges of conducting physical meetups and viewings during the COVID-19 circuit breaker, he has embraced the internet fully, utilising digital platforms like social media, ad buying, digital staging and even WhatsApp chatbots.

On top of guiding his team to leverage on newer and more relevant digital techniques, Edwin also conducts regular one-to-one mentoring sessions and practice workshops to review the techniques taught in the structural training programs organised by PropNex. Through these, he helps ensure that every member will achieve or continue to achieve consistent success.
