When Joe first entered the working world, he had never considered joining the real estate industry. This was because he wasn’t a fan of sales talk (or talking in general…). His 1st job was in the engineering industry, after which he considered entering the finance industry.

It was only in 2009 that he joined the property industry as a part-timer and realised that it has never been about sales talk, but how to help clients through sincere and genuine service backed by solid facts and figures.

As a team, the JQD values sincerity, consistency and of course, knowledge. Eternally young at heart, each member strives to do their best in the business with no shortcuts or quick wins. There is only effort put in and effort paid off.

One example of Joe’s exemplary service was when he had a client who was unable to work due to a leg injury, and thus needed to cash out his home urgently while still having a place to live. This was especially challenging because the client was above 55 years old and the CPF board has set strict rules on the usage of funds thereafter. Through careful calculation and financial planning, Joe managed to help the household of 5 shift from a 3 room unit to a 5 room, while still cashing out approximately 60k in cash.

A trainer adept in all types of financial calculations, Joe always makes sure to stay ahead of the game in order to keep relevant. This is especially so as many clients nowadays see their property as not just a home but as an investment and put great care in the numbers.

Joe regularly conducts specialised training sessions with new updates and knowledge in order to keep his team at the forefront. Every member of the JQD also receives personalised one-to-one coaching from Joe himself to find out his or her niche. Thanks to his advice, many members have grown to become successful millionaire achievers and team leaders themselves. Of note, Asyraff Khan, a homegrown member of JQD, recently became one of PropNex’s youngest team leaders at the age of 29!
