Introduction

Prior to entering the property market, Randall worked in a firm dealing in renovations for investors in the US. This was his first encounter with the property market, lending him a unique perspective and experience that has helped him understand his client’s needs better.

Working overseas had also exposed him to various situations—on one occasion he was held a gunpoint whilst checking a property. Thankfully he was able to leave safely, however this incident transformed his outlook on life and motivated him to cherish time with his loved ones. 

Today, Randall deftly balances his bustling property career with his personal life, taking more time to cherish the important things in life.

One of the secrets to Randall’s balanced worklife is digitalisation. By refining his online skills, he has brought the majority of his business to the internet where everything is accessible remotely. Not only does this save time on traveling, it is also much more efficient for both sales and prospecting.

Through the usage of virtual home tours, video calls and even virtual staging, Randall is able to reach out to and conduct sales negotiations with a much wider audience from the comfort of home. Similarly, his team shares their resources and manpower through Zoom calls, WhatsApp chats and the MLD e-learning portal to help each other in their sales. Through open-sharing and teamwork, Randall strives to give every team member more time for their loved ones and personal life.

As a leader, Randall imparts his knowledge on digital marketing and content creation freely. He test drives all new and innovative marketing strategies himself before sharing successful ones with his team, bearing the costs of experimentation and being an example.
