About Ron Loh
Service With A Heart

Prior to his entry into real estate, Ron was in the F&B business for over 8 years. Unfortunately, rising costs pushed him to seek better prospects. He worked in a mobile shop for close to 2 years before he finally realised that he needed to break out of his comfort zone and step up before he would get anywhere. This, combined with his drive to provide his loved ones a better life, became the catalyst for his entry into property.

Ron understands the importance of listening to a client’s needs. This value has been embedded in his mind since he first witnessed his mentor assisting a family with the sale of their home. There is no bad job or industry, only bad service from poor conduct. Instead of pushing unasked advice to clients and forcing them to compromise their requirements, Ron takes a sincere, step-by-step approach to allay their fears and address their concerns. This approach has made him not just one of the top performers in the industry, but also one who consistently receives referrals and requests.

GTA Team
A Systematic Approach to Realtoring

On top of the training from PropNex’s platform, RES who join Ron’s GTA Team will also be adopting the GTA system, a system that hails from Ron’s previous years in DWG. Every member will work closely with a small team and be assigned to a 1-on-1 on-the-job training so that more time is allocated to coaching and helping each agent identify their strengths and individual skill sets. 

In GTA, members are encouraged to learn from each other through observation by following their seniors as they work. This not only helps to speed up their learning curve but has also proven to be an effective way to promote cohesiveness and openness within the team. With a united team, every member will have the support and trust they need to push to greater heights.

Being well-acquainted with the worries and stress of an inconsistent income as well as the difficult transition from an employee-environment to being self-employed, Ron understands the challenges that new team members go through. This is especially so for those who choose to start part-time rather than full-time and those who take a wait-and-see approach on their progress instead of committing fully to the lifestyle.

As a coach, Ron’s responsibility to each member is to provide the guidance and support they need to make real estate a viable career. He starts with a systematic process to replicate success and provide members with a consistent income. Not only will this boost his members’ confidence, it will empower them with the choice to fully transition into the industry should they want to and put more time and energy as an RES.
