Hailing from the prestigious Hwa Chong JC and holding a degree in accountancy from NTU, Zavier Zhang has all the brains and determination to succeed. He decided to dedicate his efforts into real estate due to his desire for challenge and interest in property investments.

It has been a long 8 year since he first entered the industry and Zavier has proven his ability through real results. Currently, he is one of PropNex’s top leaders in real estate portfolio management, assisting landlords in purchasing properties with ideal rentability and helping them find tenants, manage agreements and maintain their properties.

Playing true to his strengths, Zavier decided to focus on running the numbers. For his clients, he exerts maximum effort to provide them with the best possible ROI for their investments.

In one instance, he assisted a couple who owned an HDB flat in upgrading to 2 condominium units. Due to tight finances, there was very little margin for calculation error—he had to portion out the budget without stressing their finances too much. Fortunately, he was able to deftly balance the accounts and his clients were able to enjoy a steady stream of rental income even after 1 of them retired.

Having concentrated all his efforts in researching the residential sector of the property market, Zavier has collated and continues to compile training resources to improve his team’s prospecting and sales strategies.

A pro in the field of telemarketing, he also conducts training on buying and selling skill sets, prospecting, Facebook funneling and effective presentation techniques. By ensuring that every teammate undergoes fortnightly training as well as one-to-one personalised coaching, each member is able to constantly update their techniques and pitches for the best effect.
